وكمـا قلنـا أعـلاه أن المـادة ٨٦٠ من قانـون أصـول المحاكمات المدنية اللبناني تنص صراحة أنه لا يجوز إلقاء الحجز على أموال الدول اﻷجنبية باستثناء ما كان منها موضوع تعامل خاضع لقواعد القانون الخاص.

The principle behind this right is that all Jordanians are equal before the law. The doors of the courts are open to all without distinction, and fair trials are assured pursuant to the Code of Criminal Procedures and the Code of Civil Procedures.
