(a) Appointments under these Rules shall expire automatically and without prior notice on the expiration date of the period specified in the letter of appointment.
(أ) التعيينات التي تتم بموجب هذه المجموعة من قواعد النظام الإداري للموظفين تنتهي تلقائيا ودون سابق إشعار في تاريخ الانتهاء المحدد في كتاب التعيين.

A temporary or fixed-term appointment shall expire automatically and without prior notice on the expiration date specified in the letter of appointment.
ينتهي التعيين المؤقت أو المحدد المدة تلقائيا ودون سابق إنذار في تاريخ الانتهاء المحدد في كتاب التعيين.

(iii) In the case of expiration of a temporary or fixed-term appointment, the date shall be the date specified in the letter of appointment;
