167. The Committee is concerned about housing deficit in the State party in terms of quantity and quality, and that overcrowding in housing is widespread among disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and families.
167- ويساور اللجنة القلق إزاء العجز الذي يعاني منه قطاع السكن في الدولة الطرف كماً ونوعاً، وإزاء اتساع نطاق اكتظاظ المساكن بين الأفراد والأسر من المحرومين والمهمّشين.

The Committee recommends that the State party adopt effective and urgent measures to combat hunger and malnutrition, especially child malnutrition, and take urgent measures to offset the negative impact of rising food prices on family budgets, especially in the case of disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and families.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعتمد تدابير فعالة وعاجلة لمكافحة الجوع وسوء التغذية، ولا سيما سوء تغذية الأطفال، وبأن تتخذ تدابير عاجلة للتعويض عن التأثير السلبي لارتفاع أسعار الأغذية على ميزانيات الأسر، خصوصاً في حالة المحرومين والمهمّشين من الأفراد والأسر.

The Committee requests the State party to provide in its next periodic report detailed information on concrete measures taken to guarantee the enjoyment of the rights recognized in article 15 of the Covenant, in particular by minorities and other disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups.
تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تقدم في تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات مفصلة عن التدابير الملموسة المتخذة لضمان التمتع بالحقوق المعترف بها في المادة 15 من العهد، وبخاصة من قبل الأقليات وغيرها من المحرومين والمهمّشين أفراداً وجماعات.

The Committee recommends that the State party collect disaggregated data on the ethnic composition of the society, as well as on disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups, in order to enable it to adopt concrete and targeted measures to fully implement article 15 of the Covenant.

وتوصي اللجنة بشدة الدولة الطرف بأن تستعرض الشروط، مثل " الالتزامات المتبادلة " في برنامج الانتقال من الرعاية الاجتماعية إلى العمل و " حجر " مدفوعات الرعاية الاجتماعية في إطار " التدخل في الإقليم الشمالي " ، التي يمكن أن تكون لها آثار عقابية على المحرومين والمهمّشين من الأسر والنساء والأطفال.

97. The Committee notes with concern that, despite the State party's economic prosperity, 12 per cent of the Australian population lives in poverty, and poverty rates remain very high among disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups such as indigenous peoples, asylum-seekers, migrants and persons with disabilities.

In line with its general comment No. 4, the Committee recommends that the State party adopt a national strategy to provide the population with sustainable solutions for housing; take immediate measures to ensure access to adequate housing, in particular for disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and families, including internally displaced persons, indigenous and Afro-Colombian peoples.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، تماشيا مع تعليقها العام رقم 4، باعتماد استراتيجية وطنية لتزويد السكان بحلول مستدامة في قطاع السكن؛ واتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لكفالة الحصول على السكن اللائق، ولا سيما بالنسبة إلى المحرومين والمهمّشين من الأفراد والأسر، بمن فيهم المشردون داخلياً والسكان الأصليون والسكان الكولومبيون المنحدرون من أصل أفريقي.
