The contract takes into consideration the requirements laid down by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in its Judgement No. 482, as well as the legitimate interests and reciprocal obligations of all parties.
ويأخذ العقد في الاعتبار المتطلبات التي نصت عليها المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة في حكمها رقم ٤٨٢، وكذلك المصالح المشروعة والالتزامات المتبادلة لجميع اﻷطراف.

16. In January 1996, the Legal Counsel of the United Nations received a communication from the President of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal who recalled that:

5. Having obtained the required majority, Mr. Mayer Gabay (Israel) was declared recommended for appointment as a member of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal for a three-year term of office beginning on 1 January 1994.
٥ - وبالنظر الى حصول السيد مائير غاباي )اسرائيل( على اﻷغلبية المطلوبة، أعلنت التوصية بتعيينه عضوا في المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة لفترة عضوية مدتها ثلاث سنوات تبدأ في ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤.

8. The Fifth Committee recommends that the General Assembly should appoint the following persons as members of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal for a three-year term of office beginning on 1 January 1994:
٨ - توصي اللجنة الخامسة بأن تعين الجمعية العامة الشخصين التاليين عضوين في المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة لفترة عضوية مدتها ثلاث سنوات تبدأ في ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤:

7. The United Nations Administrative Tribunal is the independent organ competent to hear and pass judgement upon applications alleging non-observance of contracts of employment of staff members of the United Nations Secretariat or of their terms of appointment.
٧ - ١٣ المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة هي الهيئة المستقلة المختصة بالنظر في الادعاءات التي تقدم اليها بشأن عدم التقيد بعقود توظيف موظفي اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة أو شروط تعيينهم وإصدار أحكام بشأنها.

15. On 28 July 1995, the United Nations Administrative Tribunal rendered Judgement No. 710 in the case of Khalidi et al. v. the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
١٥ - في ٢٨ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥، أصدرت المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة الحكم رقم ٧١٠ في قضية الخالدي وآخرين ضد المفوض العام لوكالة اﻷمم المتحدة ﻹغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق اﻷدنى.

19. On 28 July 1995, the United Nations Administrative Tribunal rendered Judgement No. 717 in the case of Museibes v. the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
١٩ - في ٢٨ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥، أصدرت المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة الحكم رقم ٧١٧ في قضية مصيبص ضد المفوض العام لوكالة اﻷمم المتحدة ﻹغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق اﻷدنى.

5. On 4 March 1994, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Araim requesting a review of Judgement No. 622 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 12 November 1993 in the case of Araim against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
٥ - في ٤ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، تلقت اللجنة، بواسطة أمينها، طلبا من السيد عريم يطلب فيه اعادة النظر في الحكم رقم ٦٢٢ الصادر عن المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة في ١٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣ في قضية عريم ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

9. On 13 March 1994, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Kofi requesting a review of Judgement No. 630 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 18 November 1993 in the case of Kofi against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
٩ - وفي ١٣ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، تلقت اللجنة، بواسطة امينها، طلبا من السيد كوفي يطلب فيه إعادة النظر في الحكم رقم ٦٣٠ الصادر عن المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة في ١٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣ في قضية كوفي ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

13. On 9 March 1994, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Ms. Mughir requesting a review of Judgement No. 632 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 19 November 1993 in the case of Mughir against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
١٣ - وفي ٩ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، تلقت اللجنة، بواسطة أمينها، طلبا من السيدة مغير تطلب فيه اعادة النظر في الحكم رقم ٦٣٢ الصادر عن المحكمة الادارية لﻷمم المتحدة في ١٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣ في قضية مغير ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.
