The law should provide that an acquisition security right in proceeds of tangible assets other than inventory or consumer goods has the same priority as the acquisition security right in those assets.
181- ينبغي أن ينص القانون على أن للحق الضماني الاحتيازي في عائدات الموجودات الملموسة غير المخزون أو السلع الاستهلاكية نفس الأولوية التي يتمتع بها الحق الضماني الاحتيازي في تلك الموجودات.

Under alternative A, a security right in proceeds of tangible assets other than inventory or consumer goods has the same priority as the acquisition security right itself (recommendation 185, alternative A, subpara. (a)).

" 194. The law should provide that a retention-of-title or financial lessor's right in tangible property other than inventory or consumer goods extends to the proceeds of such property (including proceeds of proceeds).
" 194- ينبغي أن ينص القانون على أنَّ حقَّ الاحتفاظ بحق الملكية أو حق المؤجِّر التمويلي في الممتلكات الملموسة غير المخزون أو السلع الاستهلاكية يمتد ليشمل العائدات المتأتية من تلك الممتلكات (بما فيها عائدات العائدات).

(a) An acquisition security right in a tangible asset other than inventory or consumer goods has priority as against a competing non-acquisition security right created by the grantor (even if a notice with respect to that security right was registered in the general security rights registry before registration of a notice with respect to the acquisition security right), provided that:

And in cases in which the intellectual property that is subject to an acquisition security right is not held by the grantor for sale, lease or licence in the ordinary course of the grantor's business or for personal, family or household purposes, the acquisition security right would be treated according to the same rules as those that govern an acquisition security right in tangible assets other than inventory or consumer goods.
