Decides to establish a least developed countries expert group, pursuant to the terms of reference included in the annex to the present decision;

2. Also decides that the Consultative Group of Experts, in fulfilling its mandate, shall function in accordance with the revised terms of reference contained in the annex to this decision;

9. Requests parties and others to provide comments to the Secretariat, based on their experience in using the guidance listed in the annex to the present decision on how to improve its usefulness;

(c) For parties not operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol, the consumption and production of hydrofluorocarbons listed in the annex to the present decision shall be reduced to a level that does not exceed:

6. Takes note of the guidance listed in the annex to the present decision, comprising the revised and updated guidance for developing a national implementation plan for the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, updated in 2012 to include the chemicals listed in 2009 and 2011 and the additional guidance developed by the Secretariat;

Decides that, if a Party to the Kyoto Protocol with a quantified emission limitation or reduction commitment listed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol that is not listed in the annex to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2012 - 2013, the scale of fees for the Party shall be made equal to 130 per cent of its Kyoto Protocol adjusted scale for 2012 - 2013;
5- يقرر أنه إذا قرر طرف في بروتوكول كيوتو لديه التزام كمي بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها، من بين الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء لبروتوكول كيوتو وغير المدرجة في مرفق هذا المقرَّر، أن يستخدم سجل المعاملات الدولي لفترة السنتين 2012-2013، يكون مبلغ الرسوم الخاص بهذا الطرف مساوياً لما نسبته 130 في المائة من مبلغ الجدول المعدَّل لبروتوكول كيوتو للفترة 2012-2013؛

Requests the secretariat to facilitate the work of the least developed countries expert group in accordance with the terms of reference included in the annex to the present decision;
