1. Non-governmental organizations invited to the Conference may designate representatives to sit as observers at public meetings of the Conference and its subsidiary bodies, as appropriate.
١ - يجوز للمنظمات غير الحكومية المدعوة الى المؤتمر أن تسمي ممثلين ليحضروا بصفة مراقبين في الجلسات العلنية للمؤتمر، ولهيئاته الفرعية عند الاقتضاء.

1. Non-governmental organizations invited to the Conference may designate representatives to participate as observers at public meetings of the Conference and its subsidiary bodies, as appropriate.
١ - يجوز للمنظمات غير الحكومية المدعوة الى المؤتمر أن تسمي ممثلين ليشتركوا بصفة مراقبين في الجلسات العلنية للمؤتمر ولهيئاته الفرعية، حسب الاقتضاء.

Representatives of organizations which have been granted observer status in the United Nations; of United Nations organs; of specialized or other related agencies and of other inter-governmental organizations invited to the Conference may participate as observers in the deliberations of the Conference and its subsidiary organs.
يمكن لممثلي المنظمات التي منحت مركز المراقب لدى اﻷمم المتحدة، أو هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة، أو وكالاتهــــا المتخصصة أو غيرها من الوكالات ذات الصلة، والمنظمــات غير الحكومية المدعوة الى المؤتمر أن تشترك بصفة المراقب فــي مداولات المؤتمر وهيئاته الفرعيــة. وينبغـي أن تكـــون

Rule 53 Representatives designated by national liberation movements invited to the Conference may participate as observers, without the right to vote, in the deliberations of the Conference and, as appropriate, of its subsidiary bodies on any matter of particular concern to those movements.
يجوز للممثلين الذين تسميهم حركات التحرير الوطني المدعوة الى المؤتمر أن يشتركوا، بصفة مراقبين دون حق في التصويت، في مداولات المؤتمر، وعند الاقتضاء، في مداولات هيئاته الفرعية، بشأن أي مسألة تهم تلك الحركات بصفة خاصة.

يجوز للممثلين الذين تسميهم حركات التحرير الوطني المدعوة الى المؤتمر الاشتراك بصفة مراقبين، دون حق في التصويت، في مداولات المؤتمر واللجنة الرئيسية، وعند الاقتضاء، في مداولات أية لجنة أخرى أو فريق عامل بشأن أي مسألة تهم تلك الحركات بصفة خاصة.

Interested intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations invited to the Conference may also submit their papers, which will be issued in the languages of original submission.
٦٤ - يمكن للمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية المدعوة الى المؤتمر أيضا أن تقدم ورقات ، وسوف تصدر هذه الورقات باللغات اﻷصلية التي قدمت بها .
