The present report contains an analysis of the replies received in connection with the implementation of the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials.

Thus, in resolution 51/59, Action against corruption, the General Assembly articulates its stance against corruption and adopts the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials, which recommends general principles for Member States to use as a reference tool in their efforts against corruption.
