The decline in major programme III, which consisted of the programmes and subprogrammes originally assigned to the now-defunct Office of the Director-General for Development and International Cooperation, is largely due to disruptions caused by the reorganization in 1993, in which functions were redistributed and one function, the World Food Council, was eliminated.
أما الانخفاض في البرنامج الرئيسي الثالث، الذي يتألف من برامج وبرامج فرعية كانت مستندة أصلا إلى مكتب المدير العام للتنمية والتعاون الدولي الذي ألغي اﻵن، فيرجع أساسا إلى التعطيل الناجم عن عملية إعادة التنظيم التي تمت في عام ٣٩٩١، عندما أعيد توزيع المهام، وألغيت مهمة منها كانت منوطة بمجلس الغذاء العالمي.
