While the scope of the privileges and immunities, as well as exemptions and facilities of missions and their personnel, is regulated in various degrees of detail by the above-referenced instruments, questions of financial indebtedness are not directly addressed by any of the above-referenced instruments.
٣٦ - وفي حين أن نطاق الامتيازات والحصانات وكذلك اﻹعفاءات والتسهيلات المتعلقة بالبعثات وموظفيها تنظمه بدرجات متفاوتة من التفصيل الصكوك المشار إليها سابقا، فإن مسائل المديونية المالية لم تعالج بشكل مباشر في أي من تلك الصكوك.

39. At the 160th meeting, on 26 April 1993, the Chairman of the Committee informed it that the Bureau, at its meeting held on 21 April 1993, had been further briefed by the host country representatives on the problem of financial indebtedness.

42. At the 161st meeting, on 15 October 1993, the Chairman informed the Committee that, at its meeting held on 23 June 1993, the Bureau had been updated by the host country representatives on the situation of financial indebtedness of certain missions.
