7. The suggestions and ideas contained in the present note, and in many other studies within and outside the United Nations, could be tapped to create conditions conducive to dialogue, but without the requisite political will of the partners these conditions will not bear fruit.
أما الاقتراحات واﻷفكار الواردة في هذه المذكرة وفي غيرها من الدراسات الكثيرة داخل اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها فيمكن الاستعانة بها من أجل تهيئة الظروف المؤاتية للحوار. ولكن من دون توفر الارادة السياسية اللازمة من جانب الدول لن تكفل هذه الشروط النجاح.
