8- ولذلك اقترح الرئيس على المكتب قبول وثائق تفويض كافة الممثلين المذكورين في مذكرة الأمين التنفيذي على أن يكون مفهوماً أن تتم في أقرب وقت ممكن موافاة الأمانة بوثائق التفويض الرسمية للممثلين المشار إليهم في الفقرة 7 أعلاه.

٨- واقترح الرئيس على المكتب قبول وثائق تفويض كافة الممثلين المذكورين في مذكرة اﻷمين التنفيذي على أن يتم في أقرب وقت ممكن موافاة اﻷمانة المؤقتة بوثائق التفويض الرسمية للمثلين المشار إليهم في الفقرة ٧ أعلاه.

٩ - واقترح الرئيس أن تقبل اللجنة وثائق تفويض جميع الممثلين المذكورين في مذكرة اﻷمانة العامة، مستكمَلة بالمعلومات اﻹضافية، على أساس مفهوم أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية للممثلين المشار إليهم في الفقرة ٤ من مذكرة اﻷمانة سوف ترسل إلى اﻷمانة العامة في أقرب وقت ممكن.
