Those resolutions sought to standardise procedures for reaching out to victims in the cases and acts of violence against women or members of their family currently characterized in the Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code (COIP).
ويهدف هذان القراران إلى توحيد إجراءات الوصول إلى الضحايا في حالات ووقائع العنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة، وهو العنف الذي يجرّمه الآن القانون الأساسي الجنائي الشامل.

The protocol is divided into three main sections: 1) General Protocol for judicial handling of cases of violence against women or members of their family; ii) Response Protocol for the judicial units for addressing violence against women or members of their family; and iii) Intervention Protocol for Technical Management and Expert Appraisal in cases of violence against women or members of their family.
ويتكون هذا البروتوكول من 3 أقسام كبيرة: `1 ' البروتوكول العام لإدارة الشؤون القضائية في حالات العنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة، `2 ' بروتوكول الرعاية للوحدات القضائية المعنية بالعنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة، `3 ' بروتوكول اتخاذ الإجراءات المتعلقة بالإدارة التقنية وتقييم الخبراء في حالات العنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة.

Regarding sanctions:Physical violence against a women or members of her family is punishable with the same penalties as those established for causing injuries, increased by one third. (Article 156 of the COIP).
يعاقب على العنف البدني ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة بنفس العقوبات المقررة لجريمة إلحاق إصابات زائدة بالغير. (المادة 156 من القانون الأساسي الجنائي الشامل).

Psychological violence against a woman or members of her family:
العنف النفسي ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة:

Sexual violence against a woman or members of her family circle shall be punishable with the same penalties as those established for offences against sexual and reproductive integrity. (Article 158 of the COIP).
يعاقب على العنف الجنسي ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة بالعقوبات المقررة للجرائم المرتكبة ضد السلامة الجنسية والإنجابية. (المادة 158 من القانون الأساسي الجنائي الشامل).

In other cantons in Ecuador, where there are no judges specializing in violence against women or members of their family circle, article 231 of the Organic Code of the Judiciary (COFJ) establishes that ordinary magistrates (jueces/zas de contravenciones) shall hear cases of offenses involving violence against women or members of their family.
وفي باقي كانتونات البلد التي لا يوجد فيها قضاة/قاضيات للعنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة، فإن المادة 231 من القانون الأساسي للوظائف القضائية تنيط بقضاة/قاضيات الجنح النظر في وقائع وأعمال الجنح ذات الصلة بالعنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة.

In August 2014, the Judicial Council issued the Protocol for Judicial Proceedings, Intervention and Expert Appraisal in Cases of Violence against women or members of Their Family (see Annex 4), which embodies several judicial proceeding tools for implementing a specialized, public administration of justice service.
في آب/أغسطس 2014، أصدر مجلس القضاء بروتوكول الإجراءات القضائية والتدخل وتقييم الخبراء في حالات العنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة (انظر المرفق 4)، الذي يضم صكوكا مختلفة للإجراءات القضائية لتقديم خدمة عامة لإقامة العدل بشكل تخصصي.

To render these units operational, the Judicial Council issued resolutions No. 154-2014 and No. 172-2014, entitled " Issue protocols for judicial proceedings, intervention and expert appraisal in cases of violence against women or members of their family " and " Issues rules of procedure for judicial interventions in cases and acts of violence against women or members of their family " , respectively.
وفيما يتعلـــق بسير عمل هذه الوحدات، فقد حدده مجلس القضاء في القرارين 154-2014 و 172-2014 المعنونين على التوالي " إصدار بروتوكولات الإدارة القضائية واتخاذ الإجراءات والتقييم المتكامل في حالات العنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة " و " إصدار تنظيم الإجراءات القضائية فيما يتعلق بوقائع وأعمال العنف ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة " .

Physical violence against a woman or members of her family resulting in disability of less than three days shall be punished with an imprisonment term of seven to thirty days (Article 159 of the COIP).
يعاقب على العنف الجنسي ضد المرأة أو أفراد نواة الأسرة الذي تنتج عنه إعاقة لأقل من ثلاثة أيام بالحرمان من الحرية مدة تتراوح بين سبعة أيام وثلاثين يوما. (المادة 159 من القانون الأساسي الجنائي الشامل).
