293. The Committee is seriously concerned about the lack of adequate laws to address violence against women, as well as the lack of systematic sex disagreggated data collection and documentation on the extent, forms and prevalence of violence against women in Indonesia.
٢٩٢ - ويساور اللجنة قلق بالغ لعدم وجود قوانين وافية بالغرض للتصدي لمشكلة العنف ضد المرأة، فضلا عن عدم القيام على نحو منهجي بجمع بيانات وإعداد وثائق مبوبة حسب الجنس تبين مدى وأشكال وانتشار العنف ضد المرأة في إندونيسيا.

308. The Committee recommends that the Government take steps to ensure that women in Indonesia have the right to free choice of spouse as provided for in article 16 (b) of the Convention.
٧٠٣ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الحكومة خطوات لكفالة تمتع المرأة في إندونيسيا بالحق في حرية اختيار الزوج حسب ما تنص عليه المادة ٦١ )ب( من الاتفاقية.

٣٠٨ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الحكومة خطوات لكفالة تمتع المرأة في إندونيسيا بالحق في حرية اختيار الزوج حسب ما تنص عليه الفقرة الفرعية )ب( من المادة ٦١ من الاتفاقية.

46. The Amnesty International report of 13 December 1995 entitled " women in Indonesia and East Timor: Standing against Repression " contains accounts of East Timorese women being subject to extrajudicial executions, disappearances, torture, arbitrary arrest, rape, sexual abuse, unfair trial and imprisonment for peaceful expression of opposition to the Government.
٤٦ - ويحتوى تقرير منظمة العفو الدولية المعنون " المرأة في إندونيسيا وتيمور الشرقية - الوقوف في وجه القمع " والمؤرخ ١٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ على إفادات عن تعرض نساء من تيمور الشرقية لﻹعدام خارج اﻹطار القانوني والاختفاء والتعذيب والاعتقال التعسفي والاغتصاب والامتهان الجنسي والمحاكمة غير العادلة والسجن بسبب التعبير السلمي عن معارضتهن للحكومة.
