21. The maximum compensation for death, illness or injury of a military observer or civilian police officer is $50,000 or 2 years' salary, excluding allowances, whichever is higher.
٢١ - يصل أعلى حد للتعويض عن حالات الوفاة أو المرض أو الاصابة التي يتعرض لها المراقب العسكري أو ضابط الشرطة المدنية إلى ٠٠٠ ٥٠ دولار، أو مرتب سنتين، باستثناء البدلات، أيهما أكثر.

The UNMOT team was re-established on 22 November, after assurances by the Tajik authorities that the trial of those responsible for the death of the military observer would take place in the near future.

٧ - لما كان من حق المراقبين العسكريين الحصول على يوم ونصف يوم كإجازة يدفع عنها بدل اﻹعاشة، فقد اعتبرت البعثة أنه إذا استمرت خدمة المراقب العسكري لدى البعثة لفترة تكفي ﻷن يستحق عنها رصيد اﻹجازة المطلوب، فلا أهمية للموعد الفعلي لﻹجازة التي يدفع عنها بدل اﻹقامة.

31. Considering rotations, the UNMO Guidelines to troop-contributing countries state that at least three months prior to the completion of a tour of duty of an UNMO, the Military Division will send a fax to the respective country's Permanent Mission asking for a replacement.
