591. The Observer for Australia orally revised the draft resolution by revising the eighth preambular paragraph and paragraphs 4 and 8, and by inserting a new paragraph 3.
591- ونقح المراقب عن أستراليا شفوياً مشروع القرار بتعديل الفقرة الثامنة من ديباجة مشروع القرار والفقرتين 4 و8 منه، وبإضافة فقرة 3 جديدة.

32. Mr. Zanker (Observer for Australia) said that if paragraph (1) was ambiguous, it should be reviewed by the drafting group.
32- السيد زانكر (المراقب عن أستراليا): قال إنه إذا كانت الفقرة (1) غامضة، فينبغي أن تراجع من قبل فريق الصياغة.

4. Mr. Zanker (Observer for Australia) said that the clause " unless otherwise agreed by the parties " was superfluous. In line with the practice followed in previous articles, it should be removed.

46. Mr. Zanker (Observer for Australia) said he agreed with the United States delegation that paragraphs 16 and 17 distracted attention, and it would be better to leave them out.
46- السيد زانكر (المراقب عن أستراليا): قال إنه يتفق مع وفد الولايات المتحدة على أن الفقرتين 16 و17 صرفتا الأنظار ، وعلى أنه من الأفضل عدم إدراجهما.
