14. A technical assessment of the data, methodologies and procedures used in the construction of Annex I forest management reference levels to determine whether they are consistent with the guidelines in Part I.
14- إجراء تقييم تقني للبيانات والمنهجيات والإجراءات المستخدَمة في حساب المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات في المرفق الأول وذلك لتحديد ما إذا كانت تتسق مع المبادئ التوجيهية الواردة في الجزء الأول.

(b) To document the information that was used by Parties in constructing their forest management reference levels in a comprehensive and transparent way;
(ب) توثيق المعلومات التي استخدمتها الأطراف في حساب المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات توثيقاً شاملاً وشفافاً؛

14. The review is a technical assessment of the data, methodologies, assumptions and procedures used in the construction of the forest management reference levels of Annex I Parties to determine whether they are consistent with the guidelines given in part I of this annex.
14- الاستعراض هو تقييم تقني للبيانات والمنهجيات والافتراضات والإجراءات المستخدَمة في حساب المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات فيما يتعلق بالأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول، وذلك لتحديد ما إذا كانت تتسق مع المبادئ التوجيهية الواردة في الجزء الأول من هذا المرفق.

To document the information that was used by Parties in constructing forest management reference levels in a comprehensive and transparent way;
(ب) توثيق المعلومات التي استخدمتها الأطراف في حساب المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات توثيقاً شاملاً وشفافاً؛

18. Review teams will meet in a single location to perform a centralized review of all forest management reference level submissions.
18- تجتمع أفرقة الاستعراض في مكان واحد لإجراء استعراض مركزي لجميع المعلومات المقدمة بشأن المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات.

The CMP, by its decision 2/CMP.6, decided to consider the outcomes of the technical assessment of the forest management reference level review at its next session.
28- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف، في مقرره 2/م أإ-6 النظر في نتائج التقييم التقني للمستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات في دورته المقبلة.

At the same meeting, the Chair of the AWG-KP presented the results of the work of the AWG-KP, which included the outcomes of the technical assessment of the forest management reference level review referred to in decision 2/CMP.6, paragraph 5.
29- وفي الجلسة نفسها، قدم رئيس فريق الالتزامات الإضافية نتائج أعمال فريقه()، التي تضمنت نتائج التقييم التقني للمستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات المشار إليه في الفقرة 5 من المقرر 2/م أإ-6.

Timing 24. In order to facilitate the secretariat's work, each Party should confirm to the secretariat by the end of February 2011, its active experts on the LULUCF roster of experts who will be able to participate in the review of forest management reference levels in 2011.
24- تيسيراً لعمل الأمانة، يؤكد لها كل طرف بحلول نهاية شباط/فبراير 2011 أسماء خبرائه العاملين في مجال استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة والمدرجة أسماؤهم في قائمة الخبراء الذين يمكنهم المشاركة في استعراض المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات في عام 2011.

To provide transparent, complete, consistent, comparable and accurate methodological information used at the time of the construction of forest management reference levels.
(ج) تقديم المعلومات المنهجية الشفافة والكاملة والمتسقة والقابلة للمقارنة والدقيقة المستخدمة عند حساب المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات.

14. A technical assessment of the data, methodologies, assumptions and procedures used in the construction of the forest management reference levels of Annex I Parties to determine whether they are consistent with the guidelines in part I of this appendix.
14- إجراء تقييم تقني للبيانات والمنهجيات والافتراضات والإجراءات المستخدَمة في حساب المستويات المرجعية لإدارة الغابات للأطراف المُدرجة في المرفق الأول لتحديد ما إذا كانت متسقة مع المبادئ التوجيهية الواردة في الجزء الأول من هذا التذييل.
