The Innocenti Social Monitor, the annual report of the UNICEF Regional Monitoring Project in Central and Eastern Europe (MONEE), was developed through analysis and discussions with the Bratislava Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank, as well as a network of experts on the region.
