Decides that all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of individuals listed in annex I of this resolution or designated by the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 24 below, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall oblige a State to refuse its own nationals entry into its territory;
يقرر أن تتخذ جميع الدول الأعضاء التدابير اللازمة لمنع الأفراد المدرجة أسماؤهم في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار أو الذين تحدد أسماءهم اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالفقرة 24 أدناه من دخول أراضيها أو عبورها، على أنه ليس في هذه الفقرة ما يلزم أي دولة بأن تمنع رعاياها من دخول أراضيها؛

Decides that the measures specified in paragraphs 12, 13, 14 and 15 of resolution 1737 (2006) shall apply also to the persons and entities listed in Annex I to this resolution;
يقرر أن تنطبق التدابير المحددة في الفقرات 12 و 13 و 14 و 15 من القرار 1737 (2006) على الأشخاص والكيانات المدرجة في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار.

1. Endorses the resolution on upgrading the Section for Emerging and Conflict-Related Issues to the level of a division and establishing a governmental committee on emerging issues and development in conflict settings of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia, as set out in the annex to the present resolution.
1- يؤيد القرار المتعلق برفع القسم المعني بالقضايا الناشئة والقضايا المتصلة بالنزاعات إلى مستوى شعبة وإنشاء لجنة حكومية معنية بالقضايا الناشئة والتنمية في حالات النزاع تابعة للجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا بصيغته الواردة في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار.

The functions of the Advisory Committee of Permanent Representatives and Other Representatives Designated by Members of the Commission shall be in accordance with the terms of reference contained in annex I to the present resolution.
تتمشى مهام اللجنة الاستشارية للممثلين الدائمين والممثلين الآخرين المعينين من قِبل أعضاء اللجنة مع الاختصاصات المبينة في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار.

4. Decides that the staffing table for each year of the biennium 2002-2003 shall be as contained in annex I to the present resolution. [Annex not included in the present document.]
4 - تقرر أن يكون ملاك الموظفين لكل سنة في فترة السنتين 2002-2003 على النحو الوارد في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار. [المرفق غير مدرج في هذه الوثيقة.]

9. Also decides that the measures specified in paragraph 8 (e) of resolution 1718 (2006) shall also apply to the individuals listed in annex I to the present resolution and to individuals acting on their behalf or at their direction;
9 - يقرر أيضا أن التدابير المحددة في الفقرة 8 (هـ) من القرار 1718 (2006) تسري أيضا على الأفراد المدرجة أسماؤهم في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار وعلى الأفراد الذين يتصرفون بالنيابة عنهم أو بتوجيه منهم؛

2. Requests the secretariat to implement, subject to available resources, the procedures set out in annex I to the present resolution for receiving nominations of emerging policy issues from stakeholders, screening them for completeness and prioritizing and assessing them for future consideration;
2 - يطلب إلى الأمانة في حدود الموارد المتوافرة تنفيذ الإجراءات المبينة في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار من أجل تسلم ترشيحات قضايا السياسات العامة الناشئة من أصحاب المصلحة، وفرزها فيما يتعلق باكتمالها وتحديد أولوياتها وتقييمها من أجل النظر فيها مستقبلاً؛

15. Endorses Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific resolution 67/2 on promoting regional cooperation for enhanced energy security and the sustainable use of energy in Asia and the Pacific, as set out in annex I to the present resolution.
يـؤيـد قرار اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ 67/2 بشأن تشجيع التعاون الإقليمي من أجل تعزيز أمن الطاقة والاستخدام المستدام للطاقة في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، على النحو المبيـَّّن في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار.

9. Decides that the measures specified in paragraph 8 (e) of resolution 1718 (2006) shall also apply to the individuals listed in annex I of this resolution and to individuals acting on their behalf or at their direction;
9 - يقرر أن التدابير المحددة في الفقرة 8 (هـ) من القرار 1718 (2006) تسري أيضا على الأفراد المدرجة أسماؤهم في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار وعلى الأفراد الذين يتصرفون بالنيابة عنهم أو بتوجيه منهم؛

1. Endorses the resolution on upgrading the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia Centre for Women to the level of a division and follow-up to the implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action in the Arab countries after fifteen years: Beijing+15, as set out in the annex to the present resolution.
1 - يؤيد قرار رفع مركز شؤون المرأة في اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا إلى مستوى شعبة ومتابعة تنفيذ منهاج عمل بيجين في البلدان العربية بعد مرور خمس عشرة سنة: بيجين + 15، بالصيغة الواردة في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار.

2. Decide also that any State listed in annex II and any other State which, by 30 September 2003, deposits its instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or notifies the depositary that it will apply the Agreement provisionally when it enters into force, shall be deemed to be listed in annex I to the present decision.
2- تقرر أيضاً أن أي دولة مدرجة في المرفق الثاني وأي دولة أخرى تودع بحلول 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003 صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، أو تُشعر الوديع بأنها ستطبق الاتفاق مؤقتاً عند بدء نفاذه، تُعتبر مدرجةً في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار.
