Adopts the criteria for evaluating the performance of regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and technology transfer set forth in annex II to the present decision.

Adopts the indicative scale of contributions for 2005 contained in annex II to this decision to determine contributions to the amount indicated in paragraph 6 above by Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;

13. [Requests each Annex I Party to submit to the secretariat, by 28 February 2011, information on the forest management reference level inscribed in the appendix to Annex I to this decision, following the guidelines outlined in part I of annex II to this decision.

12 ter. Decides that each submission shall be subject to a technical assessment by a review team in accordance with the guidelines outlined in Part II of annex II to this decision.

In the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7 of the Kyoto Protocol, the section on " National registries " 3 adopted by decision 22/CP.8, with the text contained in annex II to this decision;

14. Decides that each submission shall be subject to a technical assessment by a review team in accordance with the guidelines outlined in part II of annex II to this decision with a view to considering the outcomes of the technical assessment by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its seventh session.
14- يقرر أن تخضع أي معلومات مقدمة إلى تقييم تقني يجريه فريق استعراض وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية المبينة في الجزء الثاني من المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر ليتسنى لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو أن ينظر في نتائج هذا التقييم في دورته السابعة.

14. Decides that each submission shall be subject to a technical assessment by a review team in accordance with the guidelines outlined in part II of annex II to this decision with a view to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol considering the outcomes of the technical assessment at its seventh session;
14- يقرر أن تخضع أي معلومات مقدمة إلى تقييم تقني يجريه فريق استعراض وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المبينة في الجزء الثاني من المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر ليتسنى لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو أن ينظر في محصلة التقييم التقني في دورته السابعة.

[12 bis. Requests each Annex I Party to submit to the secretariat, by 28 February 2011, information on the forest management reference level inscribed in the appendix [table with numbers], following the guidelines outlined in Part I of annex II to this decision.

Decides that, in the event that a Party not listed in annex II to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2010 - 2011, the Party shall be added to the list in annex II to this decision and that the fees paidshall be deducted from the resource requirements of activities relating to the international transaction log administrator in the next biennium;
10- يقرر أنه في حالة ما إذا قرر طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر استخدام سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين 2010-2011، يضاف هذا الطرف إلى القائمة الواردة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر وتُخصم الرسوم المدفوعة() من الاحتياجات من الموارد للأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين التالية؛

Decides that, in the event that a Party not listed in annex II to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2010 - 2011, the Party shall be added to the list in annex II to this decision and that the fees paid4 shall be deducted from the resource requirements of activities relating to the international transaction log administrator in the next biennium;
10- يقرر أنه في حالة ما إذا قرر طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر استخدام سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين 2010-2011، يضاف هذا الطرف إلى القائمة الواردة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر وتُخصم الرسوم المدفوعة() من الاحتياجات من الموارد للأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين التالية؛

The Secretariat will apply on a provisional basis, with respective changes and where applicable, selected procedures to implement the Code referred to in paragraph 2 (d) (ii) above, as attached in annex II to the present decision.

2. Further decide that any State listed in annex II to the present decision and any other State which, by 30 September 2012, deposits its instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or notifies the depositary that it will apply the Agreement provisionally when it enters into force, shall be deemed to be listed in annex I to the present decision.
2- تقرر كذلك أن تعتبر أي دولة مدرجة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر وأي دولة أخرى تودع، بحلول 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012، صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، أو تُشعر الوديع بأنها ستطبق الاتفاق مؤقتاً عند بدء نفاذه، دولة مدرجةً في المرفق الأول لهذا المقرر. المرفق الأول

Decide also that any State listed in annex II to the present decision may notify the Secretary-General of the United Nations that it accepts the present decision, and that any State that so notifies the Secretary-General shall be deemed to be listed in annex I to the present decision.

3. Decides that the Governments listed in annex II to the present decision shall each formally designate one expert and, through the Secretariat, provide their names and relevant qualifications to the Parties by 1 December 2004, and that such experts shall serve as members of the Chemical Review Committee on an interim basis, pending formal confirmation of their appointment by the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting;
3 - يقرر أن تقوم كل من الحكومات المحددة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر بتعيين خبير واحد رسمياً وتقديم أسمائهم ومؤهلاتهم عن طريق الأمانة، إلى الأطراف في موعد أقصاه 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 على أن يعمل هؤلاء الخبراء كأعضاء في لجنة استعراض المواد الكيميائية على أساس مؤقت إلى أن يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية بتثبيت تعيينهم رسمياً؛

8. Approuve également le Centre désigné de la Convention de Stockholm mentionné à l'annexe II de la présente décision comme Centre régional ou sous-régional de la Convention de Stockholm pour le renforcement des capacités et le transfert de technologies, conformément à la décision SC-3/12, pour une période de deux ans;
