The Board also asked the Assembly to concur with the Board's approval of two new transfer agreements of the Fund with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the African Development Bank as set out in annex XIV to the report of the Board, to become effective 1 January 2013.

8. Also approves the amendment to article 24 (b) of the Regulations of the Fund, as set out in annex XIV to the report of the Board, which would allow participants who return to active contributory service after a period of disability to count such periods of disability as contributory service without requiring the participant to pay contributions for that period;

(b) Approved the provisional agenda and documentation for the sixteenth session as set out below, on the understanding that at its intersessional meetings the Commission would examine and finalize the provisional agenda and documentation, taking into account the proposal contained in annex XIV to the report of the Commission on its fifteenth session (see also chap. IX, para. 177):

Approves also, with effect from 1 January 2001, an amendment to article 43 of the Regulations, as set out in annex XIV to the report of the Board,a which would provide for the recovery of indebtedness to the Fund pursuant to observations made by the Board of Auditors and to the comments thereon by the Board, for the reasons given in paragraphs 257 to 262 of the report of the Board;
5 - توافق أيضا، اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2001 على تعديل للمادة 43 من النظام الأساسي، على النحو الوارد في المرفق الرابع عشر لتقرير المجلس(أ)، بحيث تنص على استرداد الديون المستحقة للصندوق، عملا بالملاحظات التي أبداها مجلس مراجعي الحسابات، وتعليقات مجلس الصندوق عليها، وذلك للأسباب المبينة في الفقرات 257 إلى 262 من تقرير المجلس؛
