15- يحث السلطات السورية على الإفراج الفوري عن جميع الأشخاص المحتجزين تعسفاً، بمن فيهم أعضاء المركز السوري للإعلام وحرية التعبير، وعلى نشر قائمة بجميع مرافق الاحتجاز، وضمان توافق ظروف الاحتجاز مع القانون الدولي المنطبق، والسماح فوراً بوصول المراقبين المستقلين إلى جميع مرافق الاحتجاز؛

SCM is reported to have played a crucial role in documenting and disseminating information on human rights violations in Syria internationally, particularly since the beginning of the uprising in 2011.
وتفيد التقارير بأن المركز السوري أدى دوراً حاسماً في توثيق معلومات عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في سوريا ونشرها على الصعيد الدولي، خاصةً منذ اندلاع الثورة في عام 2011.

Hussein Hammad Ghrer (hereinafter Mr. Ghrer) is a Syrian national and also a member of SCM.

Mohamed Hani Al Zaitani (hereinafter Mr. Al Zeitani) is a Syrian national, a university teacher and a member of SCM.
4- السيد محمد هاني الزيتاني (المشار إليه فيما يلي باسم السيد زيتاني) من مواطني سوريا، وهو مدرس جامعي وعضو في المركز السوري.

The source reports that on 29 May, 25 June and 8 July 2012, AFI failed to comply with the request of the Military Court in Damascus to bring Mr. Darwish before it as a witness in the case against the other SCM staff members.
