Accordingly, officials and experts on mission may accept any honour, decoration, favour, gift or remuneration from any Government or non-governmental source for activities carried out while not in the service of the United Nations.

ولا ينقل المسؤولون والخبراء القائمون بمهمة إلى أية حكومة أو كيان أو شخص أو أي جهة أخرى معلومات يكونون قد اطلعوا عليها بحكم مركزهم الرسمي ويعلمون أو يفترض أنهم يعلمون أنها لم تعمم، إلا إذا كان ذلك، حسب الاقتضاء، في سياق اﻷداء المعتاد لواجباتهم وبإذن من اﻷمين العام.

(a) officials and experts on mission shall uphold the highest standards of efficiency, competence and integrity.
(أ) يتمسك المسؤولون والخبراء القائمون بمهمة بأعلى مستويات الكفاءة والمقدرة والنزاهة.

(c) officials and experts on mission shall discharge their functions and regulate their conduct with the interests of the Organization only in view.
(ج) يقوم المسؤولون والخبراء القائمون بمهمة بأداء وظائفهم وتنظيم سلوكهم واضعين نصب أعينهم مصالح الأمم المتحدة وحدها.
