(d) The special responsibilities of the permanent members of the Security Council for the maintenance of peace and security should be borne in mind in connection with their contributions to the financing of peace and security operations;
(د) تُراعى المسؤوليات الخاصة للأعضاء الدائمين في مجلس الأمن عن صون السلام والأمن في ما يتصل بمساهماتهم في تمويل عمليات السلام والأمن؛

In addition to solving those technical issues, the General Assembly should review the scale of assessments applicable to special political missions, particularly as it had already recognized that the special responsibilities of the permanent members of the Security Council for the maintenance of peace and security should be reflected in that scale of assessments.

وتؤكد مجددا التزام الدول الأعضاء، بموجب المادة 17 من الميثاق، بتحمل نفقات المنظمة حسب الأنصبة التي تقررها الجمعية العامة، مع مراعاة المسؤوليات الخاصة للأعضاء الدائمين في مجلس الأمن عن صون السلم والأمن الدوليين على النحو المبين في قرار الجمعية العامة 1874 (دإ-4) المؤرخ 27 حزيران/يونيه 1963.

All Member States should pay their assessed contributions in full, on time and without conditions, in a manner that reaffirmed their obligation under Article 17 of the Charter to bear the expenses of the Organization as apportioned by the General Assembly, bearing in mind the special responsibilities of the permanent members of the Security Council, as stipulated in General Assembly resolution 1874 (S-IV).
26 - وينبغي لجميع الدول الأعضاء دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة بالكامل في مواعيدها، ودون أي شروط، وبطريقة تؤكد من جديد التزامها بموجب المادة 17 من الميثاق بتحمل مصروفات المنظمة حسب الأنصبة التي تقررها الجمعية العامة، مع مراعاة المسؤوليات الخاصة للأعضاء الدائمين في مجلس الأمن على النحو المبين في قرار الجمعية العامة 1874 (دإ-4).
