Some delegations expressed the view that the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the future protocol on matters specific to space assets would bring benefits to countries at different levels of economic and technological development and enable less developed countries, in particular, to take an active part in space activities by reducing the financial risk and burden arising from those activities.
174- ورأت بعض الوفود أن اتفاقية الضمانات الدولية في المعدات المنقولة والبروتوكول المقبل بشأن المسائل الخاصة بالموجودات الفضائية سوف يحققان فوائد لبلدان تتباين مستويات تطورها الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي، مع تمكين أقل البلدان نموا بوجه خاص من المشاركة الفعّالة في أنشطة فضائية عن طريق تخفيف المخاطرة المالية والأعباء الناشئة من هذه الأنشطة.
