7. The Conference notes that the special needs and priorities of the least developed countries parties to the Treaty should be taken into account in bilateral and multilateral nuclear technical assistance and cooperation programmes.
٧ - ويلاحظ المؤتمر أن الاحتياجات واﻷولويات الخاصة ﻷقل البلدان نموا، اﻷطراف في المعاهدة، ينبغي أخذها في الاعتبار في برامج المساعدات والتعاون في المجال التقني النووي الثنائية منها أو المتعددة اﻷطراف.

Her Government therefore welcomed the activities of the relevant United Nations funds, programmes, organizations and specialized agencies and the assistance and cooperation that donor States provided to the developing and, in particular, the least developed countries and countries with economies in transition, in the area of economic development; their integration into the global economy was a prerequisite for social development.
ومن ثم فإن حكومتها ترحب بأنشطة صناديق وبرامج ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة وكذلك المساعدات والتعاون الذين توفرها الدول المانحة للبلدان النامية، وخاصة أقل البلدان نموا والبلدان التي اقتصاداتها في مرحلة انتقال في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية، وإدماجها في الاقتصاد العالمي شرط مسبق للتنمية الاجتماعية.

(c) Hold a series of workshops, in collaboration with regional and other intergovernmental organizations, with a view to raising awareness and, as appropriate, facilitating the provision of assistance and cooperation to strengthen States' capacity to implement their obligations under Security Council resolutions 1540 (2004) and 1673 (2006), as well as experience-sharing and lessons learned in the areas covered by those resolutions.
(ج) أن تعقد سلسلة من حلقات العمل بالتعاون مع المنظمات الإقليمية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية الأخرى بغية العمل على زيادة الوعي، والقيام حسب الاقتضاء بتيسير تقديم المساعدات والتعاون بهدف تعزيز قدرات الدول على تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب قراري مجلس الأمن 1540 (2004) و 1673 (2006)، بالإضافة إلى تقاسم الخبرات والدروس المستفادة في المجالات المشمولة بهذين القرارين.
