9 - وتابعت سوريا داخل اللجنة الرابعة وفي لجان الجمعية العامة باهتمام موضوع الحصول على الموارد اللازمة من أجل تمويل البرامج الواسعة النطاق لتقديم المساعدة إلى شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، عن طريق الدعم من المؤسسات المالية الرئيسية التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.
