وتشمل هذه المبادئ مبدأ عالمية حقوق اﻹنسان وعدم قابليتها للتجزئة وترابطها وتداخلها، ووجوب معالجة هذه الحقوق معالجة شاملة بطريقة منصفة ومتكافئة وعلى قدم المساواة وبنفس القدر من الاهتمام.
