The secretariat will reinforce the quality of training for new experts, as well as its efforts to organize lead reviewers' meetings and the reviewer selection process efficiently.

The plenary requested the bureau of the Committee, with the assistance of the secretariat, and in consultation with inventory lead reviewers, to make arrangements to hold such a workshop in early 2015, in conjunction with the sixteenth meeting of the plenary and the 12th meeting of inventory lead reviewers.
