In decision XXII/20, the Meeting of the Parties had added the provision that no follow-up action from the Implementation Committee would be necessary in respect of any such consumption or production if the reporting party specified that it had in place the measures necessary to prohibit the use of the stockpiled ozonedepleting substances for any purpose other than those described in paragraph 1 of decision XVIII/17.
وأضاف اجتماع الأطراف في المقرر 22/20، نصاً يشير إلى أن من غير الضروري اتخاذ إجراءات متابعة من جانب لجنة التنفيذ فيما يتعلق بأي استهلاك وإنتاج من هذا النوع إذا حدد الطرف الـمُبلغ إنه قد وضع التدابير اللازمة لحظر أي استخدام لهذه المواد المستنفدة للأوزون المخزنة لأي غرض بخلاف ذلك المنصوص عليه في الفقرة 1 من المقرر 18/17.
