18. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, their share of the unencumbered balance of 65,272,000 dollars gross (57,860,300 dollars net) in respect of the period ending 30 June 2000 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 17 above;

21. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of other income in the amount of 641,518 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 18 above;

30. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 61,577,300 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 29 above;

20. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Observer Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 1,906,700 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 19 above;

22. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 84,508,500 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 21 above;

19. Also decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 2,728,700 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 18 above;

24. Also decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of other income in the total amount of 2,076,200 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2008, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 23 above;
24 - تقرر أيضا أن تخصم من الالتزامات غير المسددة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه القوة حصة كل منها في الإيرادات الأخرى البالغ مجموعها 200 076 2 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2008، وفقا للخطة المبينة في الفقرة 23 أعلاه؛

6. Also decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Operation, their share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the amount of 30,729,800 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 5 above;

Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 18,012,400 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 19 above;

26. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 2,903,700 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 25 above;

59. The reform of the procedures for determining reimbursement to Member States for contingent-owned equipment, outlined in General Assembly resolution 50/222, had proved to be effective.
٥٩ - واستطرد قائلا إن إصلاح اﻹجراءات المتبعة في تحديد المبالغ المسددة للدول اﻷعضاء عن المعدات المملوكة للوحدات، بصورته المجملة في قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢٢٢، قد ثبتت فعاليته.

The cash situation had improved because the Organization had slowed down its payment of bills; as a result, reimbursements to Member States could not be increased.
وقال إن الحالة المالية تحسنت ﻷن المنظمة تباطأت في سداد فواتيرها وكنتيجة لذلك لا يمكن زيادة المبالغ المسددة للدول اﻷعضاء.
