61- يوصي المنتدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بأن تضمن منظومة الأمم المتحدة المشاركة التامة والفعلية للشعوب الأصلية في العمليات والاتفاقية البيئية التي تهمها، مثل تلك المتعلقة بالتصحر والأراضي الرطبة، وتغير المناخ.
