342. The view was expressed that it was necessary to clarify whether the two types of harm referred to in subparagraph (a), " significant " and " disastrous " , were truly two different types of harm or two different levels of the same type of harm.
342 - وأعرب عن الرأي القائل بضرورة توضيح ما إذا كان نوعا الضرر المشار إليهما في الفقرة الفرعية (أ)، " الجسيم " و " الفادح " هما حقا شيئان مختلفان من الضرر أو مستويان مختلفان من الضرر نفسه.

(g) The States Parties concerned, referred to in subparagraph (b) of the present paragraph, shall have the right to be represented when the matter is being considered by the Committee and to make submissions orally and/or in writing;
(ز) يكون للدولتين الطرفين المعنيتين المشار إليهما في الفقرة الفرعية (ب) من هذه الفقرة، الحق في أن تكونا ممثَّلتين عندما تنظر اللجنة في المسألة وأن تقدما بيانات شفوياً و/أو كتابةً؛

Should the Multidisciplinary Expert Panel and the Bureau conclude that additional scoping is required to complete the prioritization of certain requests, the Multidisciplinary Expert Panel will submit a proposal to that end to the Plenary for consideration and decision together with the list and analysis referred to in subparagraph (b) above;
(ج) فإذا ما خلص فريق الخبراء المتعدد التخصصات والمكتب إلى أن الأمر يحتاج إلى تحديد نطاق إضافي لاستكمال تحديد أولويات طلبات معينة، يقدم فريق الخبراء المتعدد التخصصات اقتراحاً بشأن ذلك الغرض إلى الاجتماع العام للنظر والبت فيه إلى جانب القائمة والتحليل المشار إليهما في الفقرة الفرعية (ب) عاليه؛
