٥ - يجوز لممثلي المراقبين المشار إليهم في الفقرتين ١ و ٢ من هذه المادة الاشتراك، رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام، في مداولات اجتماعات الدول اﻷطراف دون أن يكون لهم حق الاشتراك في اتخاذ القرارات.

3. The persons referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the present rule shall be entitled to the same facilities, privileges and immunities provided for in respect of the members of the Committee, under article 23 of the Convention.
3- للأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرتين 1 و2 من هذه المادة، الحق في التمتع بنفس التسهيلات والامتيازات والحصانات المنصوص عليها فيما يتعلق بأعضاء اللجنة بموجب المادة 23 من الاتفاقية.
