99- ينبغي أن يذكر في " الأعمال التحضيرية " أن هذا البروتوكول لا يمس بما للدولة الطرف من حقوق أو التزامات أو مسؤوليات حالية بموجب صكوك دولية أخرى، مثل الصكوك المشار اليها في هذه المادة.

In view of the nature of article 20, States parties are obliged to adopt the necessary legislative measures prohibiting the actions referred to therein.
ونظرا لطبيعة المادة 20، فإن الدول الأطراف ملزمة باعتماد التدابير التشريعية الضرورية التي تحظر الاجراءات المشار اليها في هذه المادة.

7. States Parties shall, as appropriate, collaborate with each other and relevant international and regional organizations in promoting and developing the measures referred to in this article.
7- يتعين على الدول الأطراف، حسب الاقتضاء، أن تتعاون فيما بينها ومع المنظمات الدولية والاقليمية المعنية على تعزيز وتطوير التدابير المشار اليها في هذه المادة.

4- تتعاون الدول الأطراف، حسب الاقتضاء، فيما بينها ومع المنظمات الدولية والاقليمية ذات الصلة على تعزيز وتطوير التدابير المشار اليها في هذه المادة.

3. If proceeds of crime have been transformed or converted, in part or in full, into other property, such property shall be liable to the measures referred to in this article instead of the proceeds.
3- اذا حُوّلت عائدات الجرائم أو بدّلت، جزئيا أو كليا، الى ممتلكات أخرى، وجب إخضاع تلك الممتلكات، بدلا من العائدات، للتدابير المشار اليها في هذه المادة.

11. The travaux préparatoires will indicate that the body or bodies referred to in this article may be the same as those referred to in article 36.
11- سوف تبيّن " الأعمال التحضيرية " أن الهيئة أو الهيئات المشار اليها في هذه المادة قد تكون هي نفسها المشار اليها في المادة 36.

(2) If, under this article or article 13 (2), an arbitrator withdraws from his office or a party agrees to the termination of the mandate of an arbitrator, this does not imply acceptance of the validity of any ground referred to in this article or article 12 (2).
(2) اذا تنحّى محكّم عن وظيفته أو اذا وافق أحد الطرفين على انهاء مهمة المحكّم، وفقا لهذه المادة أو للفقرة (2) من المادة 13، فان هذا لا يعتبر إقرارا بصحة أي من الأسباب المشار اليها في هذه المادة أو في الفقرة (2) من المادة 12.
