٦٢ - وتشير الدراسة الاستقصائية المتعلقة بتدابير الضمان الاجتماعي المعمول بها التي تكفلها تشريعات الدول في المنطقة، إلى جانب بعض تشريعات الدعم اﻷخرى العامة والخاصة، إلى أن اﻷغلبية العظمى من فقراء المنطقة والسكان الضعفاء يقعون خارج شبكات الضمان الاجتماعي المشرعة رسميا.
