Each State Party shall consider incorporating into its domestic legal system appropriate measures to provide protection against any unjustified treatment for any person who reports in good faith and on reasonable grounds to the competent authorities any facts concerning offences covered by this Convention.
تنظر كل دولة طرف في أن تُدخل في صلب نظامها القانوني الداخلي تدابير مناسبة لتوفير الحماية من أي معاملة لا مسوّغ لها لأي شخص يبلّغ، بحسن نية وبناء على أسباب معقولة، السلطات المعنية بأي حقائق تخص الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

The term `revenue claim'as used in this article means an amount owed in respect of taxes covered by this Convention as well as interest, administrative penalties and costs of collection or conservancy related to such amount.

Article 16, paragraph 3, also provides that each of the offences covered by the Convention shall be deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States parties.
وتنصُّ الفقرة 3 من المادة 16 أيضاً على أن يُعتَبر كل جرم من الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية مُدرَجاً في عِداد الجرائم الخاضعة للتسليم في أي معاهدة تسليم سارية بين الدول الأطراف.
