States Parties shall not be entitled to refuse to cooperate with one another and shall accordingly afford mutual assistance with a view to expediting and providing guarantees in respect of proceedings initiated for the purpose of bringing about the return of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption to their countries of origin after being transferred.
لا يحق للدول الأطراف أن ترفض التعاون فيما بينها، وعليها من ثم أن توفر المساعدة المتبادلة بغية التعجيل وتوفير الضمانات في الاجراءات القضائية المستهلة بهدف التوصل الى ارجاع الموجودات، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد الى بلدانها الأصلية، بعد أن تكون قد أحيلت.

7. Each State Party shall formulate, develop or upgrade training programmes specifically designed for personnel responsible for preventing and combating transfers of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption and promoting the recovery of such assets by their countries of origin.
7- تقوم كل دولة طرف بصوغ أو تطوير أو تحسين برامج تدريبية مصممة خصيصا للموظفين المسؤولين عن منع ومكافحة احالة الموجودات، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد، وعن العمل على رد تلك الموجودات إلى بلدانها الأصلية.

[(f) Detecting and freezing of the transfer of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption;]
[(و) كشف وتجميد الموجودات المحالة، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد؛]()

[(j) Identifying, freezing and tracing funds of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption;
[(ي) تحديد الأموال ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد وتجميدها واقتفاء أثرها؛

1. States Parties shall, in accordance with their domestic laws, afford one another the widest measure of cooperation and assistance regarding the most effective ways and means of preventing and combating transfers of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption by adopting, inter alia, effective measures and mechanisms for:
1- تتعاون الدول الأطراف إلى أقصى درجة ممكنة، وفقا لقوانينها الداخلية، بشأن أنجع السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بمنع ومكافحة نقل الموجودات، بما في ذلك الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد، عن طريق اعتماد تدابير وآليات فعالة ضمن جملة أمور، بغية:

(a) Exchanging with other States Parties information on corrupt methods and expedients employed in carrying out transfers of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption;
(أ) تبادل المعلومات مع الدول الأطراف الأخرى بشأن الأساليب والوسائل الفاسدة المستخدمة في نقل الموجودات، بما في ذلك الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد؛

(d) States Parties shall afford one another mutual technical assistance in the revision of their respective financial laws with a view to eliminating any regulatory gaps that might permit the uncontrolled transfer of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption.
(د) تتبادل الدول الأطراف المساعدة التقنية في تنقيح قوانينها المالية بغية سد أية ثغرات تنظيمية قد تسمح بالنقل بلا مراقبة للموجودات، بما في ذلك الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد.

(c) Appropriate and efficient judicial and administrative mechanisms and methods for facilitating the repatriation of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption.,
(ج) آليات وأساليب قضائية وادارية ملائمة وفعالة لتيسير ارجاع الموجودات، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد إلى بلدانها الأصلية.()،()

[(e) Preventing and combating the transfer of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption and recovering such assets;]
[(ﻫ) منع ومكافحة إحالة الموجودات، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد واسترجاع تلك الموجودات؛]()

[(h) Appropriate and efficient legal and administrative mechanisms and methods for facilitating the return of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption;]
[(ح) استحداث آليات وأساليب قانونية وإدارية ملائمة وفعّالة لتيسير إرجاع الموجودات، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد؛]()

1. States Parties shall, in accordance with their domestic laws, afford one another the widest measure of cooperation and assistance regarding the most effective ways and means of preventing and combating transfers of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption by adopting, inter alia, effective measures and mechanisms for:
1- تتعاون الدول الأطراف إلى أقصى درجة ممكنة، وفقا لقوانينها الداخلية، بشأن أنجع السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بمنع ومكافحة إحالة الموجودات، بما في ذلك الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد،() عن طريق اعتماد تدابير وآليات فعالة ضمن جملة أمور، بغية:

(c) In coordination with the banking and financial institutions and with the regulatory and oversight bodies of their respective countries, cooperating with one another in eliminating any regulatory gaps in their respective laws that might give rise to transfers and concealment of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption; and
(ج) التعاون، بالتنسيق مع المؤسسات المصرفية والمالية ومع الهيئات التنظيمية والإشرافية في بلدانها، على سد أي ثغرات تنظيمية في قوانينها قد تؤدي إلى إحالة أو إخفاء للموجودات، بما في ذلك الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد؛

(d) Affording one another mutual technical assistance, upon request, in the revision of their respective financial laws with a view to eliminating any regulatory gaps that might permit the uncontrolled transfer of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption.
