Migrant workers and members of their families shall have the right to receive any medical care that is urgently required for the preservation of their life or the avoidance of irreparable harm to their health on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned.
للعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الحق في تلقي أية عناية طبية تكون مطلوبة بصورة عاجلة لحفظ حياتهم أو لتلافي ضرر لا يمكن علاجه يلحق بصحتهم وذلك على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية.

1. Migrant workers shall enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in relation to:

1. Members of the families of migrant workers shall, in the State of employment, enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of that State in relation to:
1- يتمتع أفراد أسر العمال المهاجرين، في دولة العمل، بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا تلك الدولة، وذلك فيما يتعلق بما يلي:

Migrant workers who have been granted permission to engage in a remunerated activity, subject to the conditions attached to such permission, shall be entitled to equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in the exercise of that remunerated activity.
يحق للعمال المهاجرين، الذين منحوا تصريحاً لمزاولة نشاط مقابل أجر، رهناً بالشروط المرفقة بذلك التصريح، التمتع بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل في ممارسة هذا النشاط مقابل أجر.

1. Without prejudice to the terms of their authorization of residence or their permission to work and the rights provided for in articles 25 and 27 of the present Convention, migrant workers shall enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in respect of:
1- يتمتع العمال المهاجرون، دون المساس بأحكام أذون إقامتهم أو تصاريح عملهم والحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادتين 25 و37 من هذه الاتفاقية، بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل من حيث:

Specifically, article 30 states that " each child of a migrant worker shall have the basic right of access to education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned. "
وتنص المادة 30، على وجه التحديد، على أن " لكل طفل من أطفال العامل المهاجر الحق الأساسي في الحصول على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية " .

34. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that children of migrant workers in an irregular situation have access to education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State party.
34- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان حصول أطفال العمال المهاجرين غير الرسميين على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة الطرف.

44. States should ensure that migrant domestic workers in a documented or regular situation enjoy equal treatment with nationals in relation to social and health services (article 43(1)(e)).

Article 30 of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, which applies to all migrant workers and their families, regardless of their status, states that: " Each child of a migrant worker shall have ... access to education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned.
20 - وتنص المادة 30 من الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، التي تنطبق على جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، بغض النظر عن وضعهم، على أن: " لكل طفل من أطفال العامل المهاجر الحق الأساسي في الحصول على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية.

Article 28 recognizes that migrant workers and members of their families have " the right to receive any medical care that is urgently required for the preservation of their life or the avoidance of irreparable harm to their health on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned.
وتعترف المادة 28 بحق العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم في " تلقي أية عناية طبية تكون مطلوبة بصورة عاجلة لحفظ حياتهم أو لتلافي ضرر لا يمكن علاجه يلحق بصحتهم، وذلك على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية.

Migrant workers enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in relation to access to and participation in cultural life (article 43 (g)).
ويتمتع العمال المهاجرون بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الوصول إلى الحياة الثقافية والاشتراك فيها (المادة 43 (ز)).

Article 30 of the Convention on the Protection of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, which applies to all migrant workers and their families, regardless of their status, states that: " each child of a migrant worker shall have access to education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned.
وتنص المادة 30 من الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، التي تنطبق على جميع العمال المهاجرين وأسرهم، بغض النظر عن وضعهم، على ما يلي: " لكل طفل من أطفال العامل المهاجر الحق الأساسي في الحصول على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية.

57. States parties shall ensure that all migrant children, independently of their migration status, have access to free and compulsory primary education as well as to secondary education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned (article 30), and that the domestic work carried out by children does not interfere with their education.
57- وتكفل الدول الأطراف حصول جميع الأطفال المهاجرين، بصرف النظر عن وضعهم في الهجرة، على التعليم الابتدائي المجاني والإلزامي وعلى التعليم الثانوي على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية (المادة 30)، كما تكفل ألا يعرقل العمل المنزلي الذي يقوم به الأطفال تعليمهم.

190. " Migrant workers and members of their families shall have the right to receive any medical care that is urgently required for the preservation of their life or the avoidance of irreparable harm to their health on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State concerned. ... While migrant workers should in theory enjoy equal treatment with nationals in relation to access to housing, including social housing schemes, and protection against exploitation in respect of rents (International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, article 43, para. 1 (d)), the housing of migrant workers has been problematic in many parts of the world.
وفي حين أنه ينبغي أن يتمتع العمال المهاجرون، من الناحية النظرية، بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على السكن، بما في ذلك مشاريع الإسكان الاجتماعي، والحماية من الاستغلال فيما يتعلق بالإيجار (الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، المادة 43، الفقرة (د))، ظل إسكان العمال المهاجرين مصدرا للمشاكل في أجزاء كثيرة من العالم.
