Welcoming the entry into force on 5 February 2011 of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms,
وإذ ترحب ببدء نفاذ المعاهدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن تدابير زيـــادة تخفيض الأسلحـــة الهجوميـــة الاستراتيجية والحــد منهـــا في 5 شباط/فبراير 2011،

A current priority in the area of nuclear disarmament is the implementation of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms.
وتتمثل إحدى الأولويات الحالية في مجال نزع السلاح النووي في تنفيذ المعاهدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن التدابير الرامية إلى زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها.

Also welcomes the signing of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms in Moscow on 3 January 1993, and urges the parties to take the steps necessary to bring that Treaty into force at the earliest possible date;
٢ - ترحب أيضا بتوقيع المعاهدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية بشأن زيادة تخفيــض اﻷسلحــة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها، في موسكو في ٣ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٣، وتحث الطرفين على اتخاذ الخطوات الضرورية لبدء سريان تلك المعاهدة في أقرب موعد ممكن؛

وإذ ترحب بدخول المعاهدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن تدابير زيـــادة تخفيض الأسلحـــة الهجوميـــة الاستراتيجية والحــد منهـــا حيز النفاذ في 5 شباط/فبراير 2011، وباستمرار النجاح في تنفيذها،

Romania officially welcomed the ratification of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms (New START Treaty) and its entry into force on 5 February 2011.
ورحبت رومانيا رسمياً بالتصديق على المعاهدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن التدابير اللازمة لمواصلة خفض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها، وبإنفاذها في 5 شباط/فبراير 2011.

واتخذت إجراءات هامة في أعقاب الكلمات التي ألقاها وتجسدت في قرار مجلس الأمن 1887، وفي المعاهدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن التدابير اللازمة لمواصلة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها (معاهدة ستارت الجديدة).
