An integral part of that process is the implementation of the Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women, recently concluded in Beijing.

Attention to gender equality and women's rights to sustainable economic and social development are contained in all recent world conferences and summits, in particular the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference of Women in 1995.
والاهتمام بالمساواة بين الجنسين وبحقوق المرأة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستدامة وارد في جميع المؤتمرات العالمية ومؤتمرات القمة التي عُقدت مؤخرا، وبوجه خاص في إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع للمرأة المعقود في عام 1995.

The Governments which came together at the special session of the General Assembly have reaffirmed their commitment to the goals and objectives contained in the Beijing Declaration1 and Platform for Action2 adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women in 1995 as contained in the report of the Conference.

The Governments which came together at the special session of the General Assembly have reaffirmed their commitment to the goals and objectives contained in the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women in 1995 as contained in the report of the Conference.

15. The Republic of Cape Verde has devoted attention to economic development and to the strengthening of the judicial system, eliminating all underlying notions of discrimination against women and consequently accomplishing the strategic objectives of the Beijing Declaration and Programme of Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women.

11. In the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women, Governments were called upon to take integrated measures to prevent and eliminate violence against women.
11 - وفي إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين، المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة()، وُجهت الدعوة إلى الحكومات لاتخاذ إجراءات متكاملة لمنع العنف ضد المرأة والقضاء عليه.

44. The Committee urges the State party to utilize fully in its implementation of its obligations under the Convention, the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995, which reinforce the provisions of the Convention, and requests the State party to include information thereon in its next periodic report.
44 - تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تستخدم بشكل تام عند تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة في بيجين عام 1995، اللذين يعززان أحكام الاتفاقية، وتطلب إلى الدولة الطرف إدراج معلومات عن ذلك في تقريرها الدوري المقبل.

47. The Committee urges the State party to utilize fully, in its implementation of its obligations under the Convention, the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995, which reinforce the provisions of the Convention, and requests the State party to include information thereon in its next periodic report.
47 - تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف، عند تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية، بأن تستخدم بشكل تام إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين، المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة، المعقود في بيجين عام 1995، اللذين يعززان أحكام الاتفاقية، وتطلب إلى الدولة الطرف أن تضمِّن تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات بهذا الشأن.

Bearing in mind the dDeclaration adopted by the Commission on the Status of Women at its fortyninth session as orally amended and the review of the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995, in which Governments pledged to accelerate efforts to achieve equality for women and fulfil the Beijing commitments made during the conference,
وإذ يضع في الاعتبار الإعلان الذي اعتمدته اللجنة المعنية بوضع المرأة في دورتها التاسعة والأربعين بالصيغة المعدلة شفوياً(24) واستعراض تنفيذ إعلان بيجين ومنهاج عمل بيجين(25) المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة المعقود في بيجين في عام 1995، الذي تعهدت الحكومات فيه بتسريع الجهود المبذولة لتحقيق المساواة للنساء والوفاء بالتزامات بيجين،

" In the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, adopted by the Fourth World Conference on Women on 14 September 1995, Governments expressed deep recognition that economic development, social development and environmental protection are interdependent and mutually reinforcing components of sustainable development, which is the framework for their efforts to achieve a higher quality of life for all people.
" وأعربت الحكومات في إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجينغ المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة في ٥١ أيلول/سبتمبر ٥٩٩١ عن اقتناعها الكامل بأن التنمية الاقتصادية والتنمية الاجتماعية وحماية البيئة عناصر مترابطة يعزز بعضها بعضا في التنمية المستدامة، التي هي الاطار الذي يضم ما تبذله من جهود لتحقيق نوعية حياة أرقى لجميع البشر.

1. The Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women welcomes the 15-year review and appraisal of the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted by the Fourth World Conference on Women and the outcomes of the twenty-third special session of the General Assembly on Beijing+5 which will be conducted by the Commission on the Status of Women at its fifty-fourth session, in March 2010.
1 - ترحب اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة باستعراض وتقييم تنفيذ إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين بعد مضي 15 سنة على صدورهما، المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة، والوثيقة الختامية للدورة الاستثنائية الثالثة والعشرين للجمعية العامة بشأن استعراض نتائج مؤتمر بيجين بعد مرور 5 سنوات، الذي سيجرى أثناء الدورة الخامسة والأربعين للجنة وضع المرأة في آذار/مارس 2010.
