205. In order to process genetic data, authorization must be obtained from the National Authority for the Protection of personal data, whereas in order to process personal health data, it is sufficient to deposit a prior authorization request with the Authority.
وللقيام بمعالجة المعطيات الجينيّة، يجب الحصول على ترخيص من الهيئة الوطنيّة لحماية المعطيات الشّخصيّة بينما، لمعالجة المعطيات الشخصية المتعلقة بالصحة، يكفي إيداع تصريح مسبق لدى الهيئة المذكورة.

212- يجب الحصول على ترخيص من الهيئة الوطنية لحماية المعطيات الشّخصيّة قبل نقل المعطيات الشخصية المتعلقة بالصحة إلى الخارج.

194- تولى القانون الأساسي رقم 63 لسنة 2004 المؤرّخ 27 تموز/يوليه 2004 المتعلق بحماية المعطيات الشّخصيّة التعريف بمختلف المتداخلين في عمليّة معالجة المعطيات الشخصية الذين هم: المسؤول عن المعالجة والمناول عند الاقتضاء والمعني بالأمر أي الشخص الذي تكون معطياته موضوع معالجة.

206. Moreover, personal data being processed in the context of scientific research may only be published with the express consent of the data subject, his heirs or guardian by any means that leave a written record, or if it is necessary to publish them in order to present the findings of the research.
