4 - وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 5 من قرار الجمعية العامة 65/99، حصل الأمين العام من المفوض العام للأونروا على المعلومات المتاحة له بشأن عودة اللاجئين المسجّلين لدى الوكالة.

Accordingly, it finds that Alhuseini's failure to provide evidence of the condition of the items is itself a result of Iraq's unlawful invasion and occupation of Kuwait, and proceeds to value the claimed loss based on the information available to it.

6. Before examining the present cases, the Working Group recalls that, according to the information available to it, between 1986 and 1994, certain Lebanese nationals were allegedly arrested in Lebanon, either by soldiers of the South Lebanese Army (SLA) or by troops of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and eventually transferred to Israel, where, allegedly, some of them have been held in incommunicado detention for long periods of time.
٥- وقبل النظر في هذه الحالات، يشير الفريق العامل إلى أن المعلومات المتاحة له تفيد أن بعض المواطنين اللبنانيين اعتُقلوا في لبنان على يد جنود من جيش لبنان الجنوبي أو قوات جيش الدفاع اﻹسرائيلي ونقلوا فيما بعد إلى إسرائيل حيث يُقال إن بعضهم وُضع في الاحتجاز الانفرادي فترات طويلة.

The Working Group further agreed that the responses to those questions would provide an opportunity to complement the information available to it (A/AC.105/935, annex III, para. 18).
3- واتفق الفريق العامل كذلك على أن من شأن الردود المقدّمة على هذه الأسئلة أن تتيح فرصة استكمال المعلومات المتاحة له (الوثيقة A/AC.105/935، الفقرة 18 من المرفق الثالث).

13- ورغم عدم ورود رد من الحكومة، فإن الفريق العامل يجوز له إصدار رأي وفقاً للفقرة 16 من أساليب عمله واستناداً إلى المعلومات المتاحة له.
