It was determined that there was a prevailing view in support of requesting the Secretariat to organize symposiums and other meetings, including at the regional level, maintaining close cooperation with Unidroit, with a view to compiling further information to assist the Commission in the assessment of the desirability and feasibility of future work in the field of general contract law at a future session.
وتبيَّن أنَّ الرأي السائد يؤيد تكليف الأمانة بأن تنظِّم ندوات واجتماعات أخرى على مستويات مختلفة، منها الصعيد الإقليمي، والمواظبة على التعاون الوثيق مع المعهد الدولي لتوحيد القانون الخاص ( " اليونيدروا " )، بغية تجميع مزيد من المعلومات لمساعدة اللجنة على القيام في دورة مقبلة، بتقييم مدى صواب وجدوى الاضطلاع بأعمال مستقبلاً في مجال قانون العقود العام.

(p) To present to the Committee additional identifying and other information to assist the Committee in its efforts to keep the Consolidated List as updated and accurate as possible;
(ع) موافاة اللجنة بمعلومات إضافية عن الهوية وغيرها من المعلومات لمساعدة اللجنة في جهودها الرامية إلى جعل القائمة الموحدة مستوفاة ودقيقة بقدر الإمكان؛

(l) To present to the Committee additional identifying and other information to assist the Committee in its efforts to keep the Consolidated List as updated and accurate as possible;
(ل) موافاة اللجنة بمعلومات إضافية بشأن تحديد الهوية وغيرها من المعلومات لمساعدة اللجنة في جهودها الرامية إلى استكمال القائمة الموحدة وجعلها دقيقة قدر الإمكان؛

To invite Parties and observers in a position to do so to contribute the necessary resources to support members of the Committee to contribute effectively to its work and to support Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition in providing information to assist the Committee in its work;
(ل) أن يدعو الأطراف والمراقبين الذين هم في وضع يسمح لهم بالمساهمة بالموارد اللازمة لدعم أعضاء اللجنة من أجل المساهمة الفعالة في أعمالها وتقديم الدعم للأطراف التي هي بلدان نامية أو بلدان تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية في توفير المعلومات لمساعدة اللجنة في أعمالها إلى القيام بذلك؛

(p) To present to the Committee additional identifying and other information to assist the Committee in its efforts to keep the Consolidated List as up-to-date and accurate as possible;
(ع) تقديم معلومات إضافية للجنة عن تحديد الهوية وغيرها من المعلومات لمساعدة اللجنة في جهودها لتظل القائمة الموحدة مستكملة ودقيقة إلى أقصى حد ممكن؛
