3- إذا لم تفض المشاورات إلى تسوية مقبولة لدى جميع الأطراف تكون قد روعيت فيها المراعاة الواجبة حقوق ومصالح جميع الدول الأطراف، يتعين على الأطراف المعنية أن تتخذ جميع التدابير لتسوية النـزاع بوسائل سلمية أخرى من اختيارها تكون مناسبة لظروف وطبيعة النزاع.

All concerned should take steps to ensure that the security regime is respected fully.
ويتعين على جميع الجهات المعنية أن تتخذ الخطوات التي تكفل الاحترام التام للنظام الأمني.
