5- يقرر إنعام النظر في تحويل لجنة الدورة المعنية بأقل البلدان نمواً إلى لجنة دائمة أو إدخال أية تغييرات ملائمة على آلية الأونكتاد الحكومية الدولية وذلك لزيادة تركيز عمل الأونكتاد على أقل البلدان نمواً كجزء هام من تنفيذ برنامج عمل بروكسل؛
