Taking note of the reports of the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories submitted to the General Assembly since 1968,
وإذ تحيط علماً بتقارير اللجنة الخاصة المعنية بالتحقيق في الممارسات الإسرائيلية التي تمس حقوق الإنسان للشعب الفلسطيني وغيره من السكان العرب في الأراضي المحتلة، المقدمة إلى الجمعية العامة منذ عام 1968،

The Committee will also begin consideration of agenda item 88 (Report of the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories).

It should underscore the obligation of States concerned to Investigate any alleged acts of intimidation and reprisal and ensure that they report back to the Human Rights Council on their action in this context.
