181. On 25 March 1996, the Special Rapporteur, in conjunction with the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, transmitted an urgent appeal on behalf of Vilma Cristina González, who was allegedly abducted on two occasions and subjected to various forms of torture.
