11. Recommends that the Ad Hoc Committee take into account the relationship between the relevant human rights instruments and the Standard Rules and in so doing study carefully the report and proposals made by the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development at the fortieth session of that Commission;
11- توصي اللجنة المخصصة أن تضع في اعتبارها العلاقة القائمة بين صكوك حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة والقواعد الموحدة، وأن تُجري، في معرض ذلك، دراسة متأنية لما قدمه المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية من تقرير ومقترحات في هذا الشأن في الدورة الأربعين للجنة المذكورة؛

The Commission also requested the Secretary-General to transmit to the Commission at its fifty-ninth session the latest report of the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development on his monitoring of the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities.
ورجت اللجنة من الأمين العام أيضاً أن يتيح لها في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين آخر تقرير للمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية عن رصده للقواعد الموحدة بشأن تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين.

43. Participants also exchanged views with Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission on Social Development, Shuaib Chalklen, who described his mandate and referred to ongoing cooperation with several thematic and country-specific special procedures.

3- ترحب بما اضطلع به المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية من عمل قيم، وبالتقرير الذي قدمه إلى اللجنة المذكورة في دورتها الأربعين، وتؤيد ما تضمنه التقرير من توصيات بالإجراءات التي يتعين اتخاذها مستقبلاً ومقترحات بمراعاة مسألة الإعاقة في أوجه النشاط الرئيسية؛

33. 39. Recommends that the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights take account of information on legislation affecting the human rights of persons with disabilities which has been collected by the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development;
39- توصي مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بأن تضع في الحسبان المعلومات المتعلقة بالتشريعات التي تؤثر على حقوق الإنسان للمعوقين والتي جمعها المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية؛

87. The United Nations Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development had noted that disability-specific programmes were often given greater support than efforts to mainstream disability into existing development programmes. Better research and disability-related statistics were needed.
87 - وأضاف قائلا إن مقرر الأمم المتحدة الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية قد أشار إلى أن البرامج الخاصة بالإعاقة تُمنح غالبا دعما أكبر مما تتلقاه الجهود المبذولة لتعميم مسألة الإعاقة في برامج التنمية القائمة؛ وأن هناك حاجة إلى أبحاث أفضل وإلى إحصاءات تتصل بالإعاقة.

13. Invites States, relevant bodies and organizations of the United Nations system, including relevant human rights treaty bodies, the regional commissions, the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development, as well as intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations with an interest in the matter, to make contributions to the work entrusted to the Ad Hoc Committee, based on the practice of the United Nations;
13- تدعو الدول وهيئات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها ذات الصلة، بما فيها هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة، واللجان الإقليمية، والمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية، فضلاً عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية التي يهمها الأمر، أن تساهم في العمل الموكل إلى اللجنة المخصصة، استناداً إلى ممارسة الأمم المتحدة؛
