68 - تدعو اللجنة السادسة إلى النظر في الجوانب القانونية للتقارير التي سيقدمها الأمين العام، دون المساس بدور اللجنة الخامسة بوصفها اللجنة الرئيسية المعهود إليها بالمسؤوليات المتعلقة بالمسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية؛

In paragraph 68 of its resolution 62/228 of 22 December 2007, the General Assembly invited the Sixth Committee to consider the legal aspects of the reports to be submitted by the Secretary-General, without prejudice to the role of the Fifth Committee as the Main Committee entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters.
وقامت الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة 68 من قرارها 62/228 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، بدعوة اللجنة السادسة إلى النظر في الجوانب القانونية للتقارير التي سيقدمها الأمين العام، دون المساس بدور اللجنة الخامسة بوصفها اللجنة الرئيسية المعهود إليها بالمسؤوليات المتعلقة بالمسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية.

21. The Committee further recalled General Assembly resolution 67/248 and reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee is the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters.
21 - وأشارت اللجنة كذلك إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 67/248 وأعادت تأكيد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة التابعة للجمعية العامة المعهود إليها بالمسؤوليات المتعلقة بالمسائل الإدارية وشؤون الميزانية.
